I lost my ticket!

OOPS! I CAN’T FIND MY TICKET(S).

No panic. We are here to help! Using our tool you can easily request the tickets you ordered.

Did you buy your ticket(s) via iDeal?

• Go to your bank statement; you can find your order number in the description.
• Enter your order number (without 1JT46) and your purchase date.
• Click submit and your ticket(s) will appear on your screen, after which they can be easily downloaded. Note: Your ticket(s) will not be send to your email again.

Did you buy your ticket(s) using a different payment method?

• Create a Fancee account, where you will find your already purchased tickets.
• Or send us an email with as many details about your order; name, email address, amount of tickets, etc. Once we have recovered your order, we will resend the tickets to your email.
